Yes. Most Baldassare collections are limited edition. Once a drop sells out, it usually does not restock in the same colorway or design. If you see something you like, secure it while it’s available.

Each product page includes a size chart with measurements.
If you like a more fitted look, go true to size.
If you want a baggy/oversized look, go one size up. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for hoodies and tracksuits.

All orders are shipped from the USA (Florida). Processing and delivery times can vary based on where you’re located and order volume during drops.

Processing typically takes 2–3 business days.
U.S. orders: Usually arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping.
International orders (if enabled): Usually arrive within 5-8 business days, depending on location and customs.
During big drops or holidays, shipping may take a little longer.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received tracking after a few days, check your spam folder or contact us.

We currently do not accept returns for refunds on most items, especially limited drops, unless there is an issue with the product.
We may offer size exchanges or store credit if:
The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake is on our end (wrong item, wrong size sent, or damaged product).

Always check the product page for specific return details some items are final sale.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We’ll review it and work to replace or fix the issue as quickly as possible.

We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment options shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc., if enabled on your store).

From time to time, we offer exclusive discount codes through our social media, email list, or special promotions. Discounts usually can’t be applied after an order is placed.
